Our class bookings are managed online.  Class fees paid by credit card are for the full amount and your class space is confirmed.  Should you choose to pay offline (in-store or by bank deposit) then your class space will be confirmed once your class fee has been paid in full.

Class requirements are additional to the class fee and/or kits unless stated in the description. A requirements list will be emailed to you upon full payment of your class fee.

Cottage Flair reserves the right to cancel a class.  A full refund of the class fee will be given if the class needs to be cancelled by Cottage Flair and cannot be rescheduled for an alternative date. If you cancel your class booking we will make every endeavor to fill your space but are not obliged to do so.  A refund will not be given if we cannot fill your space.  Payments cannot be transferred to another class.
